Move It & Lose It!
I did this because I did not like it when my body told me no. "No, a thirteen minute mile is your limit." or "No, that is too many stairs for you." I did it because I did not like my limits, so I pushed myself past them. I still don't like when my body says no, so here I am, attempting to change that the healthy way!
